The boat racks near the Winterport Cluster dock may only be used by current Winterport owners and residents. All boats stored on the boat racks must display a Winterport sticker. Reston Association also has a requirement that boats used on Reston lakes must display a Reston Association sticker (please see example sticker images below), so boats stored on the Winterport boat racks must display both stickers. There is no charge for either sticker.
A Reston Association General Lake Access sticker may be obtained at the Members Services Desk at the Reston Association headquarters building located at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Proof of boat size is required.
To obtain a Winterport sticker, e-mail a photo of your boat along with identifying information about the boat (model/color/etc.) and your name and address to winterportcluster@gmail.com and a sticker will be mailed to you.
