WCA/DRB Approved Door Palette

  • Use ONLY Benjamin Moore “Impervex Acrylic High Gloss” (309)
  • DO NOT use any other paint brand or sheen – doing so is against WCA and RA regs
    • per WCA Handbook §6
    • per RA Regulations §20
  • If you are changing your door color, you must notify the Board of the intended color change
  • No 2 consecutive doors may be painted the same color without first getting your neighbor’s consent and notifying the Board of the consent/color change
  • Approved Door Colors: Newburyport Blue (HC-155), Denim Wash (083-838), Bone White (Do Not Use the RM or premixed paint – it is the wrong one!!!  Our Bone White needs to be specially mixed in the correct base for the “Impervex Acrylic High Gloss”), Cranberry Cocktail (2083-20), Heritage Red (Do Not Use the RM or premixed paint – it is the wrong one!!!  Our Heritage Red needs to be specially mixed in the correct base for the “Impervex Acrylic High Gloss”), Hunter Green (2041-10), Adirondack Green (051-453), Mountain Laurel (AC-20), Fall Harvest (2168-10), and Roasted Sesame Seed (2160-40)

WCA/DRB Approved Exterior Siding/Trim Palette

  • Use ONLY  Olympic “Maximum Stain”  – The solid colors are 100% Acrylic and the semi-transparent colors are an acrylic-oil combination.
  • DO NOT use any other stain brand or sheen – doing so is against WCA and RA regs
    • per WCA Handbook §6
    • per RA Regulations §20
  • ABSOLUTELY NO 2 consecutive houses may be the same exterior color
  • Changes to your exterior house color require Board approval and an RA DRB application and approval prior to staining
  • Fences may not be stained!  They may only be treated with Olympic “Maximum Clear Waterproofing Sealant” or left untreated to weather naturally
  • Approved Exterior Stain Colors:
    • Semi-Transparent – #704  Redwood, #707 Tobacco, #717 Naturaltone Redwood, #726 Light Mocha, #906 Blue Ridge Grey, #909 Light Oak, and #911 Cape Cod Gray (Note: There is both a semitransparent Cape Cod Gray and also a solid color Cape Cod Gray – Make sure you are getting the correct one)
    • Solid – #234 Beige Grey, #236 Sandstone, #237 Monterey Grey, #242 Cape Cod Grey*, #251 Cedar, #254 Chocolate, #256 California Rustic, #257 Navajo Red*, and #284 Smokey Suede*
